Liability Issues

FMC is asked from time to time to comment on the liability of member clubs in the event of a fire or accident occurring on a club trip. Three documents which give general guidelines have been prepared to help explain the situation to clubs.

Join A Club Brochure

The FMC has available a generic “Join A Club Brochure” for clubs to use in their own promotion. There is no charge to clubs for these brochures. You can see a copy of it as a pdf file here . There is space inside for clubs to stick their own label (80mm x 40mm). If you would like some of these brochures contact the Administration officer. FMC can help Clubs with printing labels though clubs will need to meet the cost of these. Contact the FMC Secretary for more details.

Electronic Databases

Clubs interested in a stand alone database package try Membership Database Pro. You can download a free trial version of the software from this link. There is a one off cost based on size of the club (prices are on their website). This is a NZ company with very good support. It is already in use by some of our clubs.

Membership Database Pro has agreed to give FMC member clubs a 10% discount on the cost of the software .
