My card has disappeared!

Please send an email to our administrator, who will send you a replacement. Please save a copy of the card as soon as it arrives in your inbox.

Card doesn’t display correctly on mobile

Allow your phone to display in landscape orientation, then view the email again. The card should view properly now.

How do I save my card as a PDF?

On a Windows computer, press the CTRL and P keys simultaneously, or on a Mac,  Command and P.  This tells your computer to start the ‘print’ process.  Choose the printer as “Save as PDF” then give it an appropriate name and save it somewhere you can use it.  Depending on how you intend to use your discount card, you may like to email that PDF to yourself for future reference.

How do I take a screenshot of my card to save for later use?

The method varies depending on what type of phone you have, but is generally done by holding down two of the external buttons at the same time.  Do an internet search for “how to take a screenshot with (your phone type here)”

How do I remember where my card is on my phone?

There are a number of apps designed to store loyalty/membership cards. These allow you to add photos (ie the screen shot of your FMC Card) for display when claiming discounts.  With these apps you can do away with all the cards in your wallet, but storing the information on your phone.
