DOC (Canterbury) is seeking to amend the Management Plan to enable a realignment of the road. FMC has made a submission opposing the proposal (5/12/2011)
Rees – Dart Hut Booking proposal
FMC has written to DOC (Otago) opposing the proposal to put all the huts on the Rees Dart Track into the Hut Booking System. (29/11/2011)
Mid Pohangina Bridge
FMC has written to DOC Palmerston North advocating the retention of the bridge across the Pohangina River below mid Pohangina Hut [15/11/2011]
Law Commission Review of Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Air Access to gazetted Wilderness Areas

Adventure Tourism Regulations
FMC has commented on these to the Department of Labour. Our concern is that the regulations do not impact adversely on club’s who hold training courses for their members or for the general public. [8/8/2011]
Abel Tasman Foreshore Management Plan
FMC is generally supportive of the draft Foreshore Management Plan proposed by Tasman District Council and has submitted accordingly. [3/8/2011]
Whitbourn Bridge
